For Islamic Centers

Every donation,in one place.

Bank transfers, Zelle, cash, and online giving land in one dashboard everyone can see. Zakat stays separate, always.

Sadiq dashboard with unrestricted giving, Zakat held, recurring families, and open pledges

How it works.

Three steps. No spreadsheets, no guessing.

1

Money comes in from anywhere

Every Zelle transfer, bank deposit, check, and online gift, from any source your masjid already uses.

2

Sadiq logs it automatically

Bank deposits sync on their own. Cash and checks take twenty seconds to enter by hand.

3

Your whole board sees it together

One dashboard, one number everyone trusts. No more "let me check the spreadsheet."

The product

Everything the masjid office runs on, in one place.

Donations, Zakat, expenses, invoices, members, and events. One login for the treasurer, the board, and the volunteers.

Every gift, from every source, in one ledger.

  • Cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, Stripe, and bank deposits side by side.
  • Each gift tagged with the family, the fund, and how it was paid.
  • Mistakes are voided with a reason, never deleted.

Screens show sample data from a demo masjid.

Donations arrive from a dozen places. The books cover one.

Zelle to the treasurer's phone. Checks in the Jumu'ah cash box. Venmo to the youth director. A Stripe page for online giving. An old CRM that quietly takes a percentage. Nothing talks to anything else, and the board is asking for last year's Zakat total by Friday.

Sadiq unifies every source into a single ledger. Zakat stays sacred because the database will not accept a write that combines it with operations. Every entry can be voided but never deleted, so any board question has a receipt behind it. And the price is flat every month, forever, so nothing you raise ever comes to us.

Why it pays for itself

Four ways Sadiq pays for itself.

Know your recurring donors

See which families give every month at a glance, and reach out personally the moment someone lapses.

Stop losing gifts to confusion

Bank transfers, Zelle, and cash all land in the same ledger the moment they come in, so nothing waits in someone's inbox for a week.

Keep what a percentage CRM would take

Many giving platforms charge a percentage of every gift. At 2 to 5 percent on $500,000 raised a year, that would be $10,000 to $25,000. Sadiq is a flat price instead.

Give your board real confidence

An immutable ledger means your board never has to take your word for a number. Every figure traces back to a receipt.

Why Sadiq

What Sadiq stands for, in three numbers.

$0

of your donations, ever. Flat monthly subscription, never a percentage of what your community gives.

14

payment methods captured in one ledger. From cash and check to Zelle, ACH, Stripe, and everything between.

1

source of truth. Zakat kept apart from operations by the database itself, not by a checkbox on a form.

Coming next

Where Sadiq is headed.

Not live yet. Tell us on your call which one you need first.

Coming soon

SMS and email campaigns

Reach every family at once for a Ramadan appeal, a building fund push, or an urgent need.

Coming soon

Automated year-end statements

Every family gets their giving statement for taxes in January, without anyone in the office building it by hand.

What Sadiq is not.

  • Not a payment processor.Money moves through your own Stripe and bank accounts. Sadiq is the ledger on top, not the pipe.
  • Not an accounting suite. We keep the donor ledger honest and export cleanly to QuickBooks. We do not replace it.
  • Not a general nonprofit CRM.Sadiq is built for masjids. The Zakat rules, the Jumu'ah cash-box workflow, and the fund structure are the product.
  • Not a donation-taker.Flat monthly subscription. Never a percentage of your donations. There is no setting that could turn one on.

Pricing

Flat monthly. Never a percentage.

Month to month, no contract, never a percentage of donations. Founding masjids lock in a lower rate for as long as they stay. And if Sadiq isn't right for you in the first 30 days, your first month goes back to your masjid as a donation.

Real answers.

How does zero percent of donations actually work?

Sadiq is a flat monthly subscription. When a donor gives, the money settles directly into your masjid's own Stripe and bank accounts. Sadiq has no way to take a cut, and never will. Stripe still charges its own processing fee, which goes to Stripe, not to us.

Can Sadiq move money out of our bank?

No. When you connect a bank via Plaid, we request read-only Transactions access. We can see deposits and balances. We cannot initiate transfers, withdrawals, or payments.

What about Zakat versus operations at year-end?

Open the dashboard. Zakat and operations are shown apart. Ask the assistant for the Zakat total and it answers in seconds. Export to CSV; the restricted rows stay tagged as restricted and no report in the system combines them.

Our volunteers are not technical. Will they use this?

Yes. Rapid Entry is built for the Jumu'ah cash box: type an amount, press Enter, next. Photo capture reads a check or envelope note and fills the fields. Setup and migration are included.

What if we already use another CRM?

We migrate you. Export donors, historical donations, and pledges as CSV and we bring them into Sadiq for you. Setup usually takes about a week.

Are we locked into a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel any time. Paying yearly gets you 2 months free if you prefer it. If Sadiq isn't right for you in the first 30 days, your first month goes back to your masjid as a donation. Your data is yours; you get a full export on the way out.

Can we track expenses and bills, not just donations?

Yes. Log any expense, from a guest speaker's flight to a roof repair, and see income against spending month by month. Bills go in Invoices with their due date and receipt, so the treasurer always knows what is owed and what is paid.

What is not built yet?

Sadiq is in early access. Some modules shown here are switched on for your masjid during onboarding. SMS and email campaigns and automated year-end statements are next. You can already export every family's giving to CSV today. Founding masjids help decide what gets built first, at no extra cost.
